As leader of a fractional marketing agency, Lori secures the best talent to deliver the best outcomes for all clients. By pulling in a wide array of excellent experience, Visual Thrive will deliver what clients want.
Lori is an expert at taking a wide range of information, synthesizing it into a workable, planned approach, creating outcomes that work. She has deep experience advising decision-makers in almost every level of business; and Lori has worked with teams in over 22 countries.
Lori is a bi-lingual certified Master Coach, a certified PTSD yoga instructor, and a published author. Her goal will always be to bring clients and teams to their highest potential.

As an award-winning multimedia producer, Melissa ensures that everything we deliver is at an exceptional level before it goes "out the door." With over 15 years of marketing and communications experience in broadcast media, Fortune 500 companies, and technology start-ups; Melissa is responsible for driving engagement and growth through multimedia content at all stages of the customer journey — from brand awareness to product education.
Her passion for knowledge sharing, enables clients to reach their marketing goals with ease.
Lori and Melissa have worked together since 2012, and now partner to drive the strategic vision for Visual Thrive. We work from the foundation of "family first" followed by strong values of integrity, trust, and excellence.
Our staff now includes a software developer, professional photographer, finance expert, and podcast and video capabilities.
